Proven Design. Long Range, Survivable, and Lethal. A New H-60 for the Most Demanding Missions
Building on the state-of-the-art UH-60M Black Hawk, the HH-60W “Whiskey” adds capability advancements to better support the full range of combat rescue and other special missions.
Over 35 Years of Technical Advancement
Available from the U.S. Government, the UH-60M helicopter culminates more than 35 years of technological advancement, improved performance and real world operational experience. Digital avionics and autopilot reduce pilot workload while enhancing situational awareness. Wide chord blades and increased power from the two GE engines give ‘Mike’ aircraft additional lift and range capability.
Global, Affordable, Proven
S-70 BLACK HAWK aircraft are available direct from Sikorsky in the United States or from its European factory in Poland. Airframe and systems are virtually identical to the UH-60M model. Customers can order aircraft with mission sets and features customized to specific preferences. Swap out most mission sets in less than 60 minutes – or transform into an armed helicopter in less than a day.
Expanding Mission Effectiveness for Your Black Hawk Helicopter
As a Lockheed Martin company, Sikorsky can now offer international customers via direct commercial sale a BLACK HAWK helicopter integrated with guns, rockets and missiles.
Armed solutions are scalable – from crew served door guns to a fully integrated weapons system controlled from the cockpit by either pilot. Configurations tailored to customer preferences allow the aircraft to provide fire suppression, support ground troop, become an armed escort, or perform armed assault missions.
